To ensure the full auditing of all postings, charges, and payment transactions are balanced at the close of business each evening.

To ensure the hotel building is safe and secure overnight.

Verify reservations, collect payment, assign rooms, and address guest needs

Maintaining strict confidentiality and accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

Answer calls, and provide service during the night.

Ability to work independently, and complete all nightly tasks on time and correctly.
