As our **Logistics Specialist**, you will be playing a vital role in managing product movement from manufacturing sites to distribution centers throughout our supply chain network, achieving our exponential growth and driving forward the mission to Kick Sugar, Keep Candy We are looking for a highly organized individual that can multitask and has a good understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain. This role reports to the Logistics Lead and will be hybrid and located in Vancouver, BC.

**How You Will Support Our Mission**:

- Coordinate inbound freight of finished goods from Co-manufacturers to our Canadian & US 3PLs
- Ownership of inbound inventory reporting
- Maintain warehouse inventory balance per the forecast and recent run rate
- Manage inventory life cycle and turns
- Maintain and communicate accurate inbound inventory data internally
- Manage warehouse and freight KPI’s
- Maintain a positive relationship with warehouse and logistics partners
- Liaise with Logistics Lead to onboard new warehouses
- Liaise with Order Management for new customer setup and execution at warehouse
- Collaborate with Production and Co-manufacturers on new product launch and execution to our warehouses
- Ownership of Canadian and US import regulations, including tariffs, CUSMA, FSVP and commercial invoice
- Assist import shipping of overseas shipments
- Freight cost analysis for both inbound and outbound
- Collect and analyze data as requested for Logistics projects
- Assist on Year End Inventory Audit at 3PLs
- Provide support to Supply Chain as needed

**You Have**:

- Apics/CPIM Designation or Bachelors' degree with a concentration in Operations/Supply Chain desired
- Experience in Logistics including dispatching from pickup to delivery
- Experience within inventory management and/or production. Experience within the CPG industry is considered an asset
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft, and ERP systems. Experience in NetSuite is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Can organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Can perform well and deliver high-quality under deadlines
- Ability to problem-solve/troubleshoot operational issues
- Amazing communication and interpersonal skills
