You can find us on the second floor of The Forks Market where you’ll discover stunning jewelry, gourmet foods, handmade ceramics and so much more in our own little corner of Friendly Manitoba.

**About the role**

As a Sales Associate, you’re the first person customers see when they enter our store. You exude positivity and provide great customer service. You have excellent product knowledge and use your experiences to recommend items with thought and care. Through collaboration with coworkers and management, you create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.

**What you'll do**
- Treat coworkers, management, and customers with respect and care.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
- Process transactions using our POS system.
- Replenish products when necessary.
- Seek out and engage customers by having authentic conversations.

**Who you are**
- A good communicator with the ability to work independently and part of a team
- A customer-focused associate who values each person who comes into the store
- Excited about retail and can thrive in family-oriented environments
- A problem-solver who can make the best of any situation
- Able to work weekends.
- Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Have a minimum of 5 years retail experience
