Education - The “E” stands for education. Our dynamic industry is continually evolving and successful salons need to keep informed about changing trends, products and techniques. We offer seminars at all of our locations. and some of our seminars are even offered in your own salon.

Service - The “S” stands for service. We operate in a highly competitive industry and understand that our excellent customer service separates us from our competition and builds our loyal customer following. Your orders are carefully compiled and customers in most major centers receive next day delivery with all other centers receiving two-day delivery.

Product - The “P” stands for product. Clients and stylists alike rely on professional styling products and tools for professional results. ESP Salon Sales carries the finest lines for stylists to use in salon and clients to use at home. How you look reflects on how we look, that is why we have chosen the very best available product lines to assist at your talent.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in verbal and written English language
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
- Telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders
- Customer service focus
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
