**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate all aspects of import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock movements.
- Oversee packaging requirements for shipments to ensure product safety during transit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline warehouse distribution and optimize logistics operations.
- Perform order picking, packing, and stocking duties as needed to support warehouse functions.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and order statuses using MRP (Material Requirements Planning).

**Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export coordination or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of shipping processes, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for inventory management and order processing tasks.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment with hands-on involvement in shipping & receiving operations is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,192.64-$60,000.00 per year
