At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us We are looking for a Parts Technician to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Yorkton, SK. We have multiple shifts to fill (options may include: 4x10 shift, 7:00am-6:00pm Sunday-Wednesday, or Wednesday-Saturday, and evening shift 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday).

Our Parts Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers through selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories. **Responsibilities**:
Provide an exceptional customer service experience in person and on the phone
Assist internal and external customers with troubleshooting, locating parts and resources, and placing orders
Make suggestions for additional items that may be beneficial or help with preventative maintenance
Assisting in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising
Receive, put away and count inventory
Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships
Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills
Agriculture parts and machinery knowledge
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Experience working with software systems
The ability to lift heavy parts
A valid driver's license
The ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
Farming background/experience an asset
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Parts Department environment
Journeyman Parts Designation an asset
