The Parts Advisor will provide quick and efficient service to all retail and wholesale customers.To distribute and ship all parts in an orderly and expedient manner:
Main Duties:

- Greet all customers and provide excellent customer service. Follow the telephone
- answering procedures.
- Address customer and technician requests.
- Pull parts from inventory as outlined in pull board procedure and generate invoices.
- Source Parts. Enter parts number into the computer that has been given to the technicians on work orders.
- Select dealership products.
- Create orders for all parts ordered.
- Ship Cores
- retail and warranty
- Reorder stock parts and empty bin parts
- Keep proper stock level for shop parts and supplies.
- Check off all parts arrivals and receipt the orders in CDK
- Cut Keys
- Sell accessories and parts

Employment Requirements:
Gr. 12 High School Diploma

Automotive Part Knowledge

Computer Knowledge

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Valid Driver License

Pay: $19.00-$29.00 per hour
