Parts Administrative Associate

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technicians and field supervisors with accurate parts and information on request.
- Efficiently problem-solve and source alternative parts when standard parts are not available for order.
- Maintain parts inventories, which includes identifying and cataloguing parts and assemblies, ordering parts, receiving parts, inspecting parts, sorting parts and stock handling.
- Complete and enter documentation into database as required.
- Track orders and shipping and receiving information for the Maintenance crew.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- 2+ years experience aa a Parts Administrator prefered.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment.
- Previous aggregate crushing, paving or heavy equipment experience is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experienced with CAT SIS.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Extended work hours as required.
- Travel and/or living in temporary accommodation is required.
