This is a remote position.
- Responsable de participer activement à toutes les étapes du cycle de vie du projet Workday, des phases de planification et de conception aux tests et au déploiement
- Responsable de l'exécution réussie et dans les délais de l'analyse, de la conception, de la configuration et de la livraison de la solution Workday Learning
- Assurer le respect de la méthodologie et des meilleures pratiques des services professionnels
- Participer à plusieurs projets simultanés

RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Construire et tester Workday et s'assurer que toutes les exigences répondent aux besoins du client
- Effectuer des recherches sur les problèmes, identifier les causes et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives
- Reconnaître les inefficacités des processus/méthodologies et recommander des améliorations
- Répondre à toutes les demandes et compléter tous les livrables en temps opportun
- Analyser les risques et rechercher des mesures préventives
- Échanger des informations avec les personnes appropriées pour terminer le travail et garder les informations confidentielles au besoin
- Développer des relations de travail et communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe interne et les clients externes
- Tenir le chef de projet informé des escalades et fournir au chef de projet des rapports d'avancement
- Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la maintenance des outils internes
- Remplir tous les octets de connaissances requis pour conserver la certification Workday

COMPÉTENCES & EXPÉRIENCE:

- Connaissance et expérience de la traduction des exigences commerciales en exigences système
- Expérience antérieure dans le conseil, soit en tant que consultant interne, soit auprès d'une société de conseil/logiciel préférée
- Réussite des certifications Workday HCM et Learning ou actuellement certifiée Workday HCM et Learning
- Excellente compétence en analyse et résolution de problèmes
- Ingénieux et à une grande attention aux détails
- Parler français est obligatoire
- Peut travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide, à croissance rapide et à haute énergie
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
