Main purpose of the role & responsibilities As an EDM Consultant, you’ll implement and configure our Employee Document Management application for Workday for our global customer base, typically leading a workstream. You will work closely with team members, work independently and manage your own workload, understand customer requirements, design and deliver solutions aligned to their needs, support junior members, and share knowledge. Minimum (essential) Requirements Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM, Financials, Payroll or any specialist Capability). Strong customer focus, experience in a customer‑facing consulting environment, ability to relationships and know when to escalated issues. Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including remote work. Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics. Consulting skills: presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers. Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail. Aware of the importance of confidentiality and non‑disclosure policies and ensures security of information at all times. Desirable Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll or PM Certification.
