Inventory Manager

**Inventory Manager - Passenger & Light Truck Category**

OK Tire Stores Inc. has been a household name in the Canadian market for over 50+ years. An integral part of our business is in our partnership with tire manufacturers to supply our network of dealers with any and all sorts of tires from agricultural, passenger, light truck, heavy truck and mining. We are currently looking for a bright, motivated, insightful person to take ownership of the PLT category. If your passion is in inventory management then you might be the person we are looking for

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**

**Inventory Planning**
- Responsible for managing vendor replenishment for all warehouse locations within specific categories. o Review and analyze inventory levels at all locations to determine required replenishment quantities. o Create replenishment purchase orders with suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers on status of PO’s to ensure timely deliveries to our DC’s and/or dealers.
- Liaise with DC Managers on issues pertaining to Vendor PO’s and address any concerns both pre
- and post-delivery.
- Provide support for other team members by contributing to the creation of order forms, stocking levels, costing analysis, etc.as required.
- Proactively identify problems and develop solutions working towards efficiencies and cost effectiveness.

**You education/experience includes**:

- 3+ years of previous industry related knowledge and/or experience in purchasing, replenishment, procurement would be preferred.
- Strong Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with ERP (preferably Infor SX.e based) systems would be an asset.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Inventory management: 3 years (preferred)
- Supply chain: 3 years (preferred)
