We have an immediate opening for a machine operator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspection of machine centre equipment, process and materials.
- Read, setup and follow production paperwork to produce quality cable.
- Propose a solution if a process does not work and able to justify solution.
- Continuously improve the process.
- Operation of forklift may be required (certification required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain and update production instructions.
- Data entry for ERP system recording of inventory, production completion, etc.
- Follow and comply with all corporate rules and instructions, including Code of Ethics, all safety rules and processes and company policies and processes

Skills and Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- Fast learner and self reliance with great attention to detail
- Mechaniucal aptitude and able to read and folow production paperwork
- Mathematical skills
- Able to prblem solve and react quickly and safely
- Organization skills in a fast paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking while operating specialized machijnery
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willing and able to work 8 hour rotating shifts, Monday to Friday

$21.00 per hour to start, $22.00 after 3 months
