**Content Manager - Inbound B2B**

We are seeking a proactive and creative Content Manager to oversee and drive all content initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behavior. You will be responsible for managing the creation and production of online and offline marketing content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:Create and manage a variety of content, including articles, whitepapers, and case studies, to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- **Content Production**:Oversee the creation of all content assets, from concept through to production, ensuring they meet brand standards and strategic goals**.**:

- **Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to align content with business objectives**.**:

- **Reporting**:Monitor content performance and provide insights through regular reports to inform future strategies.
- **Social Media Strategy**:Plan and execute social media content, focusing on engagement and audience growth, particularly on LinkedIn**.**:

- **Brand Management**:Ensure consistency in the brand’s voice and image across all content and communication channels.

**Deliverable & KPIs**:

- 2 articles per week
- 1 whitepaper per month
- 4 LinkedIn posts per week
- 1 case study per month
- Consistently engaging and quality content
- Monthly content report

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing content across various platforms, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leverage analytics tools to data-driven decisions and optimize content creation.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and concepts for content that aligns with brand strategy and goals.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and design.
