**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build strong relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers and business unit leaders to understand roles and business objectives.
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for salaried openings within the company.
- Provide feedback and guidance to HRBPs, management and business leaders on applicants and local labour market trends.
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles within the organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or Psychology or equivalent combination of education and experience. SPHR or PHR certification an asset.
- Relevant professional experience, including high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience within a corporate setting.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is considered an asset.
- Proven ability to influence internal clients on recruitment related decisions.
- Ability to establish strong working partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Resourceful and creative to offer solutions and solve talent acquisition related issues to support the business.
- Personable, high-energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic organization.
- Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and work through undefined situations.
- Must possess strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills, must have the ability to demonstrate strong reasoning and strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
