As we continue to expand our reach in the luxury interior, architectural and product design sectors, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts and drive business growth under the guidance of our Director of Marketing. This multi-faceted position relies on your experience, creativity, and initiative to contribute to the overall and ongoing development of Studio Munge and the Alessandro Munge brands.

As the driven Marketing Manager at Studio Munge, you will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for B2B and B2C models. Your primary responsibility will be strengthening our brand presence, increasing market share, and fostering strong relationships with the design community and potential and existing clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1/ Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to establish short-term and long-term marketing goals aligned with Studio Munge's business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, using the data to shape effective marketing strategies.

**2/ B2B and B2C Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients, including architects, developers, and hospitality groups.
- Create and manage targeted marketing initiatives for B2C customers in the furniture retail sector, with a focus on enhancing brand loyalty and driving sales.

**3/ Content Development and Branding**:

- Develop compelling and engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and case studies, to showcase Studio Munge's expertise and achievements in both sectors.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, maintaining brand integrity and identity.

**4/ Digital Marketing and Online Presence**:

- Oversee the company's website and social media channels, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation and conversions.
- Implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the website.

**5/ Event Planning and Public Relations**:

- Coordinate and manage participation in relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and enhance brand exposure.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media contacts and industry influencers, facilitating favorable media coverage.

**6/ Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website metrics, and social media insights to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Present regular reports to the management team on marketing KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the architectural and interior design or luxury retail sectors.
- Prior experience working in the design industry with interior design firms, furniture retailers, or related industries is required and non-negotiable.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve objectives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and web analytics.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to changing market trends.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bilingual Italian, French or Mandarin is an asset.
