Plan assign and direct parts

Manage parts inventory and parts department

Approve parts inventory

Liaison between the dealership and suppliers

Develop & maintain processes for expediting and communicating parts support for service department

Maintain & control parts inventory in ways that meet the needs of over counter customers & the service department.

Maintain accurate inventory cost and retail pricing

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of parts showroom

Interface with and assist retail customers, service customers and service department technicians

Set stock levels and selection of items

Inventory Control including replenishment, stocking, cycle counting and physical inventory

**Flexible on hours/Must be able to work Saturdays**

Responsible for marketing parts and accessories

Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders

Establish a good relationship with distributors, dealers, service centers and consumers in order to notify them of parts availability and shipment dates determined by tracking orders and/or invoices through the computer system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
