**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage with service customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Prepare and complete detailed service orders.
- Delegate tasks to technicians based on work orders and timelines.
- Provide accurate time and parts estimates for service jobs.
- Finalize and review work orders upon service completion.
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Assist retail customers with parts purchases and inquiries.
- Coordinate parts planning, assignment, and direction.
- Manage parts inventory, including replenishment, stocking, cycle counting, and physical inventory audits.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **RV industry experience is required.**:

- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume tasks.
- Proficient in using computer systems and managing administrative tasks.
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekends.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in sales and cashiering
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- Knowledge of automotive repair and parts
- Ability to negotiate and fulfill orders efficiently
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and retail sales practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
