We are seeking a dynamic leader and team builder to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability at our growing dealership.

Job Duties
- Responsible for managing the production workflow to ensure that profitability, productivity and customer goals are achieved
- Maintain efficient workflow for technicians
- Assist in diagnosis of difficult RV’s
- Recruit, train, motivate, develop and retain qualified employees
- Ensure technicians are working at high levels, delivering quality service
- Allocate and apportion work for all technicians
- Sell Service Work
- Set schedules for technicians and other service personnel
- Review technicians’ work for accuracy and completeness
- Deliver quality work on time, every time to our customers
- Respond to all questions, problems and requests in an attentive, helpful and timely manner
- Ensure equipment is well maintained in a safe and clean work environment
- Manage parts inventory and parts department team
- Approve parts inventory
- Interface with and assist retail customers, service customers and service department technicians
- Over see warranty claims

Ensure a consistently high level of internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the service department

Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control

Build a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers through continual associate development and best hiring practices

Foster a culture that promotes employee development & retention, customer satisfaction, and philanthropy

Create and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors

Meet or exceed monthly budget projections

Maintain a safe and functional working environment

Flexible on hours/Must be able to work Saturdays

**Requirements**:
Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry is strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
