One of its key transformation objectives is to improve the efficiency of its loan origination process by leveraging various digital capabilities with the goal of providing its customers and employees with a better overall user experience. As part of the digital transformation and in the context of the evolution towards an Agile way of working, product groups have been formed based on specific business domains. POSITION OVERVIEW The product owner (PO) is the person on the team who acts as the "stakeholder spokesperson". He or she promotes the needs and desires of the stakeholder community to the agile delivery team. As such, the product owner clarifies all the details of the stakeholders' wishes or requirements regarding the solution and must also prioritize the work the team will do to deliver the solution. The goal of the product owner is to find the answers in a timely manner so that the team can stay focused on their tasks. The product owner should also present the work done by the agile team to the stakeholder community. This includes arranging demonstrations of the solution to key stakeholders as it evolves and informing them about the team's progress. CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Ensure adequate communication of the product vision and roadmap;- Assess the value of the work and set priorities to ensure the team focuses on the highest value elements that are aligned with the product vision;- Identify the issues to be solved, collaborate in the development of business requirements in order to prioritize them;- Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders to realize the product vision;- Be the contact person to whom one turns to obtain information (commercial or technical, depending on the context) on the field;- Work in an agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks based on evolving stakeholder needs;- Track and communicate the team's progress to interested stakeholders, which may include teaching them how to access the team dashboard and helping them understand it. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- University degree in business administration or computer science or other job-related degree.- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a product owner- PSPO designation an asset as well as banking experience- You have experience as a product owner and/or in-depth knowledge of the agile process and principles- - You know how to work with multidisciplinary teams (i.e., UX Design, developers)- You are interested in the changing needs of entrepreneurs and the realities of their ecosystems- You are recognized for your skills in stakeholder management, communication, presentation and leadership- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where goals need to be achieved within tight deadlines and where you sometimes have to work with incomplete data- You are growth-oriented, always curious to learn and are used to working in problem-solving mode- You are bilingual in French and in English With us, you'll be able to achieve the work/life balance you're looking for, with competitive working conditions and above-market flexible benefits.
