Wazo provides IP telephony, mobility, collaboration and customer experience management solutions to SMEs & ETIs through a network of certified partners. Wazo helps its partners build their UCaaS - Unified Communication as a Service offerings. We are presently looking for a product owner to support our expansion on the market.

**SUMMARY**

As Product Owner, you will work with the product and development stakeholders to define user stories, ensure rapid flow of work into the cross functional squad with an embedded feedback mechanism for iterating functionality to drive value for the customer.

You will need to deliver functionality not just according to users, but the experience that helps make our company vision reality.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and communicate explicitly the product goals
- Collaborate with the team and our customers to best integrate Product Roadmap features into a prioritize product backlog
- Agree quarterly and monthly goals to ensure the plan is achieved scheduling work in accordance with product strategic goals and vision
- Help to drive innovation through the adoption of appropriate technology
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the agile teams. Ensure the outcome unambiguously matches the requirements defined with the product team
- Bring a team first approach to software responsibilities & boundaries; uniting cross functional squads to deliver the mission
- Ensure clear visualisation of the work; to create fast flow, optimise the delivery of value and identify & remove blockers to progress
- A member of the team including getting your hands dirty
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Working with the broader development team to ensure we are fast & nimble while delivering a quality product

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience working in a Product Owner role
- Experience working with Agile processes and principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Thrive in an environment where you are trusted to work smart and work hard without micromanagement.
- Take pride in always providing a first-class customer experience
- Preferably you are fluent in English and in French.
