**Job Description**:
Vosker Security is looking for a talented **Product Owner** with a genuine desire to solve our customer’s problem to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be to manage the product backlog in an Agile environment, anticipate and prioritize user needs, as well as acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES:

- Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog according to user needs, business value and strategy
- Lead the product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Act as primary communicator and link between stakeholders and development teams
- Manage and prioritize defect list, track fixes
- Gather insights from sales, marketing, customer experience, technical, testing, supply chain, customer service and development teams
- Compile, define and prioritize user needs and features by consulting with key stakeholders
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes in alignment with product strategy and product roadmap
- Advocate the customer in development (final approver), define acceptance criteria
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product;
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

**Qualifications**:
**THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience and/or professional certification;
- Product Owner for at least 5 years (or equivalent responsibilities) in complex/matrix environments. Subject matter expertise and industry knowledge in the field of security cameras are an asset;
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles;
- The Product Owner is expected to collaborate very closely with stakeholders and software development teams. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships are a must for this position;
- The Product Owner must demonstrate sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, and show attention to details;
**Other**
- Available for occasional travel in the US, Canada and internationally.
- English, French/basic (French is an asset).
