IXIASOFT CCMS, is our award-winning product, a content management solution allowing organizations to streamline the entire technical documentation process.

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our Product and Development team.

**Position Summary**:
Under the Technical Product Manager’s supervision, the Product Owner will closely work with the product team and the SCRUM teams. They will be responsible for the definition and the designing of the software. They will ensure the development team understands the elements to create. The Product Owner writes user stories with regards to customers’ needs and prioritize them for the development.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing all the requirements, constraints, and priorities involved in the development and improvement of the solution.
- Writing and defining the features that will provide the most benefits to future users.
- Creating technical specifications.
- Writing user stories - planning all possible product versions while precisely detailing the chosen requirements for an optimized usage.
- Dissecting everything in small 2-week long sprints. Each step is executed and approved gradually to get a global vision of what has been accomplished and what remains to be done.
- Work closely with SCRUM teams.
- Being able to adapt to new requests.
- Besides creating technical specifications, especially during the development phase, the Product Owner will proof all steps and ensure the good advancement of the project
- Organizing quality checks and answer team requests for clarifications.
- Occasionally informing and presenting new features to other teams.
- Occasionally contribution to the product promotion (ex. webinar).
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- University degree in IT
- 2 years of experience in software development
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (English, French)
- Great technical knowledge
- Great planning skills, organized, and methodic
- Reactive and a good time management skills
- Teamwork, able to motivate the team
- Knowledge and understanding of the SCRUM methodology
- Excellent communicator
