Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Purpose: To lead talent acquisition at Carlsberg Canada, which now includes Waterloo Brewing. We are currently 350 employees across Canada and this role will have the opportunity to hire for our brewery, sales, marketing and corporate functions. The person in the role will also be responsible for updating and creating new processes and recruitment strategies, including the integration of Carlsberg and Waterloo Brewing
This role will be based out of our Carlsberg Oakville office with occasional travel to the Kitchener-Waterloo Brewery.
Hybrid : 3 days in the office/2 days from home
**Key Accountabilities**:
2. Ensure employment brand is strong and compelling, including oversight of hiring-related social media tools
3. Integrate talent tools with the integration of Waterloo into Carlsberg
4. Develop relationships with schools and external staffing firms for temporary assistance and specialized job searches
5. Review and update our talent acquisition processes, including assessment tools, interview guides etc
6. Track and report on recruitment metrics
7. Work closely with our People & Culture Generalists to onboard new employees
8. Work effectively with our people leaders to determine hiring requirements and strategies
**Qualifications: (education, experience, key competencies)**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- 3+ years in a recruiting position
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is an asset
- Excellent communicator, outgoing, professional, Company ambassador
- Experience with employment branding and social media an asset
- Ability and desire to build new processes and systems to maximize effectiveness
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $33,592.13-$100,690.85 per year
