Executive Assistant/purchasing Administrator

Work and life balance. Three to four days a week part-time; or Five days a week if your excel test result is proficient or expert. We are in search of a well-rounded experienced Executive Assistant/Purchasing Administrator to assist in credit cards expenses, filing, reception, scheduling and project coordination, purchasing, and data compilation and maintainance. Benefits are available for staff working at least 32 hours a week.

Starting wages will be based on qualifications and experience.
- Assisting in accounts payable and credit card expenses
- Genrating and processing POs to ensure POs are within the budget
- General administration such new home warranty, utilities, and insurance accounts
- Printing, filing, and reception
- Maintaining and upkeeping data filing in SharePoint
- Assisting in data compliation, power query, power BI (optional, depending on IT or excel experiences)
- Ensuring adherence to sound internal controls.
- Assisting in meeting minutes or scheduling as required
- Other duties as required by the executive management.

**Requirement**

Qualifications for Executive Assistant/Purchasing Administrator
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Bookkeeping or project administration experiences required
- Advanced excel skills an asset
- SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Query skills an asset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytic abilities
- Flexible and able to work effectively as a team player.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be pro-active & able to meet the deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: $24.00-$29.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sharepoint: 2 years (preferred)
- local (BC) Bookkeeping or clerical: 2 years (required)
- Power Query or Power BI: 2 years (preferred)
