**Production** **and Customers Coordinator
- SIX MONTHS CONTRACT**

**Locations**:
Located in (North York) Toronto, We are a dynamic player in the seafood industry

**Responsibilities include**:

- Cooperate and coordinate with processing plants in China and Vietnam for production, operation, orders, and logistics arrangement
- Daily production reports update, production cost and margin calculation
- Issuing and processing Purchase orders
- Communicate with customers in North America/Europe and fulfill customer demands and timeline;
- Monitoring raw material, work-in-process and finished product inventory
- Review and finalize weekly shipping plan and make adjustment as needed
- Assisting in developing daily, weekly monthly and annual strategic production and operation plans
- Working with the Sales and Accounting departments to determine selling prices and calculate product and customer’s margins.
- Work on special projects i.e. New product quotations, specifications and launch,
- Assisting in reviewing product packaging designs and make sure the appliance to local laws and regulations
- MSC related tasks
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**Job Qualifications**:

- College Diploma or Bachelors degree in business or manufacture field;
- 3+ years working experience in business, logistics, manufacturing or food or seafood industry;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and general computer proficiency; ERP experience is an asset;
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Fluent Mandarin and English speaking is a must;
- Able to work under limited supervision and in a fast-paced environment, able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills;

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- logistics or Manufacturing, or business: 3 years (required)
- Food industry: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
