**Hours: Mon - Fri, Flexible based on surgeon hours**

**The Responsibilities**:

- To be a clinic ambassador for the 360 Sleeve program.
- Respond to patient enquiries received via web forms or phone, be a source of education for potential patients, screen patients for consultations and schedule surgery.
- Drive the conversion of patients from consultation to surgery.
- Assist the surgeon with consults as required, schedule follow-up appointments as directed by the physician
- Coordinate ancillary patient care with the dietician and nutritionist.
- Educate patients on the procedure preparation and post-procedure care as necessary
- Complete the required documentation including consent forms.
- Coordinate care with other clinic staff to ensure continuity of care and exceptional delivery of service.
- Field patient complaints / concerns with the medical director or nursing director.
- Work with the marketing team as thought leader and share patient insights for campaigns.

**The Requirements**:

- Medical office administration experience and certification
- A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in patient care coordination
- Nursing background an asset
- Experience with surgical, bariatrics or weight loss patients
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word
- Experience with electronic medical record systems, knowledge of Accuro and asset
