**Who We Are**: Our company, Frost Products Ltd., has been a leading manufacturer washroom, lobby, and site furnishing products since 1961. Our products are typically specified for architectural, new construction and janitorial markets. Currently Frost Products are distributed across Canada, the USA, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East. We are committed to producing products that meet the needs of our customers and the end user.

**Why Frost**: Frost has a well-established position within our industries and has been in business for over 60 years. The company has seen consistent growth, which has been supported by many of its long tenured team members. We are looking to add to our team with talented individuals looking for stability, growth, and a dynamic and fun working atmosphere. The position is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30 minute lunch. This means it is an 8 hour pay day. The wage range for this position is $21.00-$23.00 per hour. This is a full time position. The employee will be entitled to the Frost Products Ltd Employee Benefit package after successfully completing the three (3) month probationary period.

**Responsibilities**
- The employee’s main responsibilities will include overseeing all online distributor accounts for Frost Products Ltd as well as assisting with office administration responsibilities
- The management and maintenance of online sales channels will include: downloading orders, entering and processing orders, submitting order acknowledgements, sending advance ship notifications, invoicing orders, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of online catalogues
- The general customer service tasks will include: answering customer questions regarding stock availability, order status, pricing, or general product information
- The job will require that the employee works and is comfortable with the company’s ERP system
- The employee may also be asked to work on special projects
- Cross training across all office functions. This may include the following while covering vacations, employee illness, or in emergency situations and is based on assignment by their manager: customer service policy and processes, order entry and other operations, file keeping, general office duties, and accounts receivable
