We are recruiting a motivated IT Support Specialist with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate well in English and French.
**What you’ll do**:
- Provide first-level remote, on-site and phone support
- Diagnose and solve problems reported by users
- Maintain documentation and inventory of IT equipment and software
- Monitor RMM alerts and respond accordingly
- Respond to clients promptly by providing personalized and quality service
- Participate in the different stages of various IT implementation projects
**What we’re looking for**:
- DEC, Technical College in the computer field or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in IT service desk analyst role or user support functions
- Strong knowledge of Network Environments (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, AD, TS)
- Strong knowledge of desktop productivity, Microsoft O365 and related products
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS (Windows client and Server)
- Knowledge of security, Firewalls, VPN,
- Experience in WAN and LAN connectivity, routers and switches
- Owns a car and possesses a valid driver’s license

Nous recrutons un spécialiste du soutien informatique motivé, doté d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et capable de bien communiquer en anglais et en français.
**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Fournir une assistance de premier niveau à distance, sur site et par téléphone.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes signalés par les utilisateurs
- Maintenir la documentation et l'inventaire des équipements et des logiciels informatiques.
- Surveiller les alertes RMM et réagir en conséquence
- Répondre rapidement aux clients en fournissant un service personnalisé et de qualité
- Participer aux différentes étapes de divers projets de mise en œuvre des TI
**Ce que nous recherchons**:
- DEC, Collège technique dans le domaine de l'informatique ou l'équivalent.
- 2+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyste de service informatique ou dans des fonctions de soutien aux utilisateurs
- Solide connaissance des environnements réseau (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, AD, TS...)
- Forte connaissance de la productivité des postes de travail, de Microsoft O365 et des produits connexe
