In this position, you will be the expert in delivering competitive bids, estimates and quotes to customers for Motion Drives and motor service projects in Motion service in Canada. In this role your attention to detail and ability to negotiate with multiple partners will be vital to this key component of project planning.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing all aspects of the bid — including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews.
- Coordinating with the supply chain to identify suppliers for equipment and materials, through regular studies of customer needs and market trends.
- Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the sales process.
- Examining and reporting on the results of tenders and identifying areas for improvement to increase success.
- Be the expert and reference for our proposal team.

**Your background**:

- Electrical Engineering or Electrical technician with 10 years of relevant experience in Variable Speed Drives and motors.
- Great communication skills.
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
- Good priority management skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Problem solving.
- Team player.
- Working in virtual team and different time zone.
- Bilingualism written and spoken (French and English) is an asset.
