We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help fill our hourly and salaried manufacturing positions for all our locations across Canada_

**Job Summary**

The TA Partner will support the Garland, TX plant with hourly plant recruiting. This job is required to be onsite at the plant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for front line positions within the organization
- Partner with the HR Manager/Director and the business unit Leaders to clarify job specifications and requirements to fill current and future hiring needs
- Develop and foster collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout the business
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage the recruitment process effectively and efficiently
- Utilize internal ATS, job boards, Indeed and employee referral programs to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions
- Act as a full-service talent advisor
- Employ creative sourcing techniques, including social media and targeted job fairs also necessary
- Track key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting effort
- Support Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives Qualifications

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree desired, but not required
- 5-7 years recruiting experience required (preferably 3+ years in manufacturing environment)
- Demonstrated capability in recruiting for a wide variety of positions and levels, in multiple functions required
- High energy, collaborative, outgoing, organized and efficient; Self-starter with tons of initiative required
- Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including interviewing best practices, compensation, employment law and sourcing strategies required
- Ability to establish relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Team player who can also work independently and multitask
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- _**Must be a Canada Resident living in Mississauga or Burlington**_

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
