We are bursting with growth and opportunities and are looking for top talent to join our team **about this opportunity** **What you will do**: **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment** - Partner with internal stakeholders to determine hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. - Support the Employee Experience & Success team and collaborate with recruitment partners to source and attract top talent that aligns with Redberry’s culture and vision. - Support the develop selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions. - Support the implementation of the company-wide Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools and serve as a support Admin for the system. - Maintain and analyze recruitment dashboards to track key hiring metrics and improve processes. - Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a strong employer presence in the talent market, particularly for agencies that support newcomers and immigrants. **Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program & Compliance** - Serve as the primary liaison with immigration consultants, government agencies, and internal stakeholders regarding the TFW program. - Ensure strict compliance with government regulations, including Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), audits, and inspections. - Oversee the TFW hiring process, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth onboarding. - Monitor and track TFW pipelines, ensuring recruitment targets are met within critical deadlines. - Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and recommend action plans. - Review and prepare any immigration-related documentation, as required. - Maintain TFW records and reports, ensuring proper file management and data accuracy. - Provide training and guidance to internal teams on immigration regulations and best practices. - Obtain any provincially required certifications to support various immigration programs (e.g. Community Immigration Pilot) **Financial Management**: - Work closely with Operations, HR, and Finance to align recruitment and TFW initiatives with business needs. - Track and manage TFW program-related costs, including immigration fees, travel expenses, and accommodations. - Process and reconcile invoices from immigration consultants and service providers. - Regularly update leadership with financial reports and budget forecasts. **what you need to perform in this job**: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume recruitment. - Experience in international recruitment and/or the hospitality or retail industry is an asset. - Strong knowledge of immigration regulations, LMIA processes and government compliance requirements. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in tracking costs, managing budgets, and handling financial documentation. - High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information - Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis. **perks that make a difference**: - We believe in supporting your well-being, both on and off the clock.
