**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Coordinator

**Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Management**: Coordinate all aspects of property transactions, from contract to closing, ensuring all paperwork is complete and deadlines are met.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, manage, and submit all required documents in a timely manner.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, agents, escrow companies, and lenders during the transaction process.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate regulations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized transaction files, both digital and physical.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule property inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process.
- **Support and Collaborate**: Work closely with agents, providing support and ensuring a seamless transaction experience for all parties involved.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate transaction management software.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, and proficiency in technology.
- Excellent client relationship management, teamwork, and independent working capabilities.
