Blackstone Homes Ltd is a Award Winning Semi - Custom home builder with 4 show homes in Edmonton. We are looking for Office Administrator/Receptionist for our head office to maintains office services by organizing office operations and proceedings. The duties includes
- **General office work**

**1. **Open and close office on time, manage phone calls and voice mail, keep time track and day off for staff.

3. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

4. Correspondence for architectural approval and building permit with city.

6. Scan the files and update on Google Drive. File documents as needed.

**Client Selection processes**

1 Make appointment with client for selection.

3 Do the selection appointment. After the selection, scan all documents and upload on GD. Send signed and selected package to client and related supplier.

**Trade Work order**

1. Prepare work order and get approval from Manager.

2. Upload work order on GD and send them to trades as requested.

In addition, assist the management in other office duties.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION RELATED COMPANY AND FAMILIER WITH CONSTRUCTION TERMS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
