Auto Obsessed is growing and looking to expand our team, now recruiting for an Receptionist/Administration

Auto Obsessed is an automotive specialty detailing and detailing products boutique: we cater to the most discerning automotive clientele. Our shop is brightly lit, clean and designed with the comfort and safety of our employees in mind.

As Receptionist/Administration, you will be responsible for:

- Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Cashier
- Reply to general information requests accurately
- Greet clients/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Verify, Organize and Process Online Orders
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
- Prepare importation documents
- Update and maintain statistics and reporting
- Update and maintain intranet

This is a permanent full-time position. A flexible schedule is a must as the individual will be required to work some Saturdays. It’s important that we find the right person that can complete the tasked stated above with mínimal management.

Proficiency in the use of:

- Microsoft Office
- Advanced MS Excel
- Outlook
- Office 365 - Suite of Products
- MS Edge / Google Chrome
- eCommerce - Shopify
- Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok

- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of Auto Obsessed.
- Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations within Auto Obsessed parameters.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of Auto Obsessed.
- Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
- Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
- Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.

**Experience**
- 1-3 years’ experience in an office setting with retail experience

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
