**Rancho Relaxo** is a chain of restaurants and food trucks specializing in Mexican Street food. We make everything fresh, in-house, using both traditional and modern techniques.

We provide catering and food truck services for every major music festival in the GTA. We've worked with famous musicians like Drake, Metallica, Deadmau5, Cardi B, and the Rolling Stones.

We are currently looking for an individual who is self-driven; capable of filling out and following a par-sheet ( prep list) and is able to work and operate in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- **Prepare and package food for delivery to restaurants and food trucks.**:

- **Fill out a prep list/par-sheet and follow recipes without deviation.**:

- **Cook and prepare food independently following specs to a tee.**:

- **Follow instructions from management without argument.**:

- **Capable of lifting 50 Lbs.**:

- **Able to use standard cooking tools, knives, ovens, stoves,** **and** **fryers.**:

- **Capable of cutting, chopping, slicing and dicing product.**:

- **Strong food handling skills, adhering to Toronto Public Health Standards.**:

- **Abide by Ontario Labour Standards, keeping safety in mind.**:

- **Label, date and rotate product as required.**:

- **Clean and maintain workspace and fridges as required.**:

- **Communicate with management in a timely fashion when supplies are needed.**

**Requirements**:

- **Food Handling Certificate or willingness to get one.**:

- **Good communication skills**:

- **Able to work alone and follow instructions.**:

- **Willing and able to travel to work regularly**:

- **A desire to learn and grow (Many opportunities for the right person)**

**Details**
