**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met. Your culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Cook and present dishes in a timely manner, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service times.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
