e are seeking a **motivated and reliable Lead Line Cook.** This position is **full-time** and the hourly pay includes **health benefits and tips on top**.

The **Line Cooks** are essential in supporting the restaurant's vision for consistent, high-quality food and ensuring that it is delivered in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.

Experience with **Mediterranean, Italian and French **cuisine is an **asset**.

**REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES**
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within their specific section
- Preparing fish, meat and other prepared items
- Work as a team to execute food orders, opening, closing and side duties
- Assist in properly receiving and storing delivered items
- Clean food prep areas, equipment, and utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Strictly adhere to WHMIS and MSDS guidelines
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights
- Must be energetic with a passion for food and a positive attitude
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
- Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism (i.e., punctuality, commitment to the job, well-groomed, mannerly, great teamwork etc.)
- Long periods of standing and walking are required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
