**Position Details**:
**What You Will Do**
- Accountable for project management and execution of our identified integrated marketing (IM) campaigns that involve multiple internal and external stakeholders and contributors
- Contribute to integrated marketing planning sessions and develop campaign briefs that drive from those strategies
- Leverage consumer research, insights, and data analytics to help team to formulate marketing strategy and recommendations to meet business objectives
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative Services team to ensure all communications meet the briefing requirements, are of a high quality and support the CAA Brand conviction
- Manage and execute IM media plans in collaboration with the Media Specialist
- Brief media agency, evaluate media recommendations and present plans to gain approval
- Work within Content Management System (Workfront) to develop, implement, and manage the end-to-end campaign process
- Manage and track annual integrated marketing budget (production) for individual campaigns
- Work with Creative Services, external agency partners and digital team to actively manage cost efficiencies and optimize campaign ROI
- Understand and monitor KPIs to identify strengths, opportunities and risks and recommend improvements
- Initiate and manage post campaign research and leverage expertise and insights for updating/optimizing activities and future campaigns
**Who You Are**
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign execution
- Action-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and foster collaborative and constructive internal and external relationships
- Creative problem-solving skills and an orientation to detail and quality
