**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- Manage e-commerce platforms and optimize product listings for improved visibility and sales performance.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Create engaging content for various channels using Adobe Creative Suite to design graphics and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google AdWords to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate Facebook advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Support product management efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches and promotions.
- Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial plans.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools to enhance online visibility.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML is a plus for website management tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative mindset with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
