**What will you do?**
- Cultivate and nurture relationships to drive sales and retention - with the ability to pull in quick wins to meet established goals and targets
- Able to build a personalized plan to meet the specific needs of each client
- Brainstorm and execute new strategies to attract our target markets
- Attend networking events and conduct in person meetings to generate and close leads
- Assist with marketing and placing commercial policies

**About you**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in Commercial Lines i.e., CL underwriting, sales, customer service
- RIBO license in good standing is required
- Creative ability to build relationships (via a variety of means), present, influence and negotiate Commercial Insurance product offerings
- Unwavering commitment to drive results
