We are currently seeking an Account Associate, Commercial Lines to join our Team In this role the Commercial Account Associate will support our Commercial Lines team to deliver exceptional client service.

What will you do?

  • Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance
  • Checking and processing of policy documents; new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations to send to the client
  • Request driver abstracts,AutoPlusreports
  • Issuing client invoices
  • Issue liability slips
  • Assistwith preparing renewal presentations
  • Prepare and issue client finance quotes and contracts
  • Assistwith client changes, updating excel and advising insuring partners
  • Review client's current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk todeterminethe product/service requirements
  • Assistwith inputting and reporting new claims and follow up detail
  • Assist Customer Service Brokers and/or Producers with client inquiries or rush assignments as requested

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Self-starter
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
