**A Day in a life of a Customer Retention Specialist**:

- Understanding customer's needs by providing the solutions that fits them best
- Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and how we can help them achieve their goals on a weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers by interacting with them on a daily basis
- Support retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, the merchandising and the maintenance of the store
- Manage accounts receivables by monitoring overdue accounts on a weekly basis

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and quickly learn a variety of tasks
- Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods is considered an asset
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment)
- Some experience in a customer-facing environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers over the phone
