REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Sales Partner Relationship Management
- Present Metalumen's Brand and Value Proposition to our Sales Partners and Specifier's Community
- Act as motivator to maximize agent referrals, able to quickly build confidence and relationships.
- Attend National and local market / Sales Partner Tradeshows
- Manage Sales Partner's pipelines; utilizing the CRM to follow up on opportunities
- Excellent communication soft skills, understands the necessity of continuous communication with Sales Partners
- Continuous and active engagement in sales activities, Sales Partners and customer interactions
- Researches ways to penetrate new markets
- Independent, creative thinker who thrives in a consultative selling environment
- Has knowledge of competitor activities
- Manage Partner Relationships to optimize alignment of business models
- Support Sales Partners in Post Sales activities

Metalumen Collaboration
- Builds strong working relationship with Metalumen team to collaborate to identify and capitalize on customer needs.
- Offer a communication channel to share customer feed to our Engineering and Marketing Teams
- Collaborate with internal customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Marketing on promotional activities

Metrics & Analysis
- Able to analyze sales statistics in region to stay ahead of trends
- Performance shown weekly through meeting and exceeding projected sales goals
- Prepares regular reports on sales performance and market trends
- Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Adept at analyzing sales data to implement necessary adjustments to achieve goals.
- Has knowledge of competitor activities

Strategic Analysis and Decision Making
- Using critical thinking to develop and implement a complete sales strategy that aligns with the Metalumen goals
- Researches ways to penetrate new markets

**Requirements**:

- BA,
- education and experience in a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a progressive sales position
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract
