- **Knowledge in agriculture (essential).** Our products are technical, and our clients are experts. To advise them properly and build trust, you need to understand their challenges and speak their language.
- **10 years of sales experience.**After your training and onboarding, you’ll have a high level of autonomy in your day-to-day tasks. We’re looking for someone who knows the sales cycle inside out and can confidently support clients from the first contact to closing the deal.
- **Strong negotiation skills.** Finding win-win solutions is a true talent. Here, it’s not just about selling—it’s about bringing real value to producers.
- **Rigor and autonomy.** Freedom is greatbut it comes with the responsibility of managing priorities and staying organized. You’ll have support, but we appreciate people who can take initiative with confidence.
- **Problem-solving abilities.** Every producer has unique challenges. Being able to listen, analyze, and offer tailored solutions makes all the difference.
- **Willingness to travel by car across Ontario (Orangeville, Guelph, Fergus, Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, Bolton).** Our clients are out in the field, and to support them properly, you need to meet them where they are from time to time. **What you’ll do on a daily basis**:
- Manage sales and confirm orders with producers, farmers, retailers, and distributors, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Provide top-notch customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Plan and deliver dynamic sales presentations that engage and add real value to our clients.
- Analyze the agricultural and commercial market in Ontario to identify opportunities and propose strategic solutions.
- Keep client records up to date to ensure accurate and personalized service.
