**About the role**
- Full Accounts Payables (A/P) Cycle: Administer Invoices and check reconciliations
- Provide customer service support to internal clients, suppliers, and customers
- Support monthly payment reconciliations
- Produce A/P listings and reconciliations, including monthly variance analyses
- Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks
- Monthly General Ledger (GL) Account Reconciliations
- Month End close responsibilities
- Prepare cheque runs and deposits and wire transfers
- Prepares accounting entries for submission in Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) and/or Quantum.

**What you bring to the role**
- Must be enrolled in a University level accounting / finance program.

**Additional skills desired for the role**
- Student registered to an university co-op program is preferred
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks
- Relevant work experience
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team
- SAP and/or Quantum Experience
- Bilingual (English & French).
