**Omnitrans** is looking for an Account Integrator Specialist to join its International Freight team.**:
In this role you will ensure integration process of new clients of the International Freight Division and ensure that clients are provided with personalized and efficient service that meets Omnitrans’ client experience standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Client Relations Consultants (Sales) to ensure that new accounts are managed in accordance with Omnitrans’ Standards (i.e., service quality, issue resolution, etc.) and that expectations (both ours and the clients) are achieved or exceeded.
- Ensure integration process of new clients of the International Freight Division and ensure that clients are provided with personalized and efficient service that meets Omnitrans’ client experience standards.
- Propose suggestions to upper Management to improve communication and workflow at all levels.
- Learn the client’s processes and culture and monitor account performance through variance analysis to ensure projected volumes are met.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of clients in our Freight System Cargo Wise.
- Facilitate integration activities with Client Relations Consultants and other divisional areas, i.e., Pricing (ensuring meetings take place, profile notes are updated, billing is accurate, etc.).
- Track shipments with steamship lines, co-loaders, and arrival warehouses to ensure ETA and cargo routings are respected.
- Verify data and enter client information in the system to ensure daily reports are updated regarding current shipment status.
- Communicate with internal departments (Accounting, Technical, Brokerage, Sales, etc.) to coordinate shipments or client-specific needs at setup.
- Develop and oversee client specific workflows and ensure efficient delivery of service.
- Analyze client feedback and work through internal collaboration to improve all aspects of the client’s onboarding experience
- Upon account has reached maturity using our International Freight Services, facilitate the account transferring to other Client Service Representative for ongoing account handling.

**About you**:

- Completion of College in business administration, operations & supply chain or equivalent
- Relevant Expertise: minimum 5 years Freight Operations experience
- Thorough understanding of International Business and trading practices
- Problem solver, proficient at systems/process integration & driving proactive suggestions for improvement.
- Capable of navigating the company to obtain information for clients.
- Ability to organize, work in a highly autonomous environment and be accountable.
- Ability to multitask, organize, lead, motivate, and teach
- Knowledge of Cargo Wise system
- Bilingual (French and English).
