We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Intake Clerk. As the first point of contact for potential clients, the Intake Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the initial inquiry to the commencement of legal services.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanour.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Legal industry experience or knowledge is a plus but not required.
