We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Turanich Acquisition Management. You will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to our overall success.
**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Utilize accounting software to manage transactions and generate reports.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an accounts payable/receivable clerk or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with vendors and internal teams.
- Must have a clear criminal background.
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
