We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help local businesses grow through effective radio and online advertising campaigns. This role also includes coaching a developing sales teammates to their respective activities.
**In this role, you will**
- Identify potential business opportunities. You will develop new client relationships and look for opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
- Conduct Discovery Meetings to learn about the needs and goals of local businesses.
- Present radio and online advertising plans aligned to your clients’ needs.
- Coordinate fulfillment of your clients’ orders through our administrative and creative teams.
- Manage existing client relationships, including presenting progress reports to ensure advertising and marketing campaigns reach their desired objective.
- Utilize sales planner tools to forecast your sales progress.
- Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new Sales Account Managers.
- Support the Sales Manager’s efforts to coach and develop existing Sales Account Managers.
