_**Sales Representative**_

Perfect Surfaces is a dynamic, growing specialty flooring company currently seeking a professional, energetic, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude who is eager to learn through hands-on experience and to grow within the company. Reporting to our head office and warehouse in Airdrie, Alberta, the Sales Representative position must be filled by a hard-working individual with ambitions of a long-term, successful career within our company

- **Duties & Responsibilities**_

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be working primarily in an office environment performing a variety of sales tasks. The position is a full-time position (8:30am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri), compensated by salary, performance-based bonuses, and a health spending account. Wage and incentives will be determined based on qualifications and performance. Initial training for this position will be provided by the President and Sales Manager, as well as ongoing training by the Sales Team as required. Regular duties and responsibilities of the position include:

- Processing sales orders
- Developing and nurturing relationships with Vendors and Contractors
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
- Recommending strategies to boost Sales Team performance
- Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
- Assisting the Sales Team in hitting quarterly and annual sales targets

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Great persuasive and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Meticulous organization skills and attention to detail
- Apt and willing to learn
- Respectful and enthusiastic team player
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and rapport
- Knowledge of sports and fitness is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
